Kaylee joined the Marine Genomics Laboratory in xxxx. Her research is focused on conservation genetics of Macrobrachium species

 

Kaylee is originally from Wyoming. Before enrolling as a student at TAMU-CC, Kaylee spent several years in the US Army. She received her B.S. with a concentration in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi in 2019. She then worked for National Parks Service in 2020 assisting with the monitoring of Kemp’s Ridleys sea turtles, including egg collection and incubation and hatchling release.
